You will manage community engagement, moderation and reporting across a portfolio of clients, working closely with content, paid media and account teams to keep brand communities active, informed and well looked after. This role suits someone with a genuine interest in social platforms, culture and conversation, and a knack for writing in different brand voices.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Moderation

  • Daily Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions across social platforms in a timely, on-brand manner.

  • Moderation: Apply community guidelines consistently, flagging or escalating sensitive, abusive or crisis-related content to senior team members.

  • Relationship Building: Foster a positive, active community by engaging authentically with followers, replying to queries and encouraging user-generated content.

  • Sentiment Monitoring: Track community sentiment and surface recurring themes, complaints or opportunities to the wider team.

Content & Campaign Support

  • Content Calendar Support: Assist in scheduling and publishing organic social content across platforms in line with the content calendar.

  • Copywriting: Draft engaging captions, comment replies and community posts tailored to each client's tone of voice.

  • Campaign Amplification: Support community-led activations, competitions and campaigns, helping drive participation and reach.

  • Trend Spotting: Keep across platform trends, formats and conversations, suggesting timely content and engagement opportunities.

Reporting & Growth

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor community metrics such as engagement rate, response time, sentiment and follower growth.

  • Reporting Support: Assist in preparing weekly and monthly community reports with clear, actionable commentary.

  • Insights: Identify emerging opportunities for community growth, advocacy programmes or new engagement formats.

  • Collaboration: Work with account, content and paid media teams to ensure community insights inform the broader strategy.

  • Platform Familiarity: A working understanding of major social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and LinkedIn.
